脂肪抽吸术患者心理状况及护理对策的研究

A study on the Psychological State of and Nursing for Patients Receiving Suction Lipectomy

目的:研究脂肪抽吸术患者的心理健康状况,探讨相应的护理对策。方法:28例脂肪抽吸术患者作为实验组,普通健康人群为对照组。采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)、Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行测量分析。结果:实验组的SCL-90各因子分、SAS标准分和SDS指数均高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:脂肪抽吸术患者存在较多的心理问题,护理中应当注意评估患者的心理健康状况,及早发现其心理症状,加强心理护理,帮助患者回复正常的心理过程。

Objective To study the psychological state of health of patients receiving suction lipectomy and relevant nursing measures for them. Methods Take 28 cases of patients in the experimental group and some healthy people in the control group. Evaluation was done with a Symptom Check-List 90 （SCL 90） ,a Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and a Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale （SDS）. Results SCL-90 factors,SAS and SDS in the experimental group were averagely higher than those in the control group,the difference being statistically significant. Conclusion These patients had many psychological problems and attention should be paid to their psychological state and nursing should be done about this to help them recover.
