宫颈病变中HPV替代标志物研究 被引量：1

摘要 HPV作为宫颈病变标志物研究已取得了很大的进展,但其作为筛查指标特异性和灵敏度还不够,近年来宫颈颈癌发生和肿瘤进展的分子机制成为研究的热点,本文对HPV的几个替代标志物p16INK4a、cyclinE、端粒酶、Ki-67、PCNA和中心体数目进行了综述。
