中药愈白汤治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样病变的研究

Study on the Therapeutic Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine Yubai Tang in Treating Nonneoplastic Epithelial Disorders of Skin and Mncosa

目的:研究治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样病变的新方法。方法:将93例该病患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组病人68例采用自制中药方剂愈白汤水煎坐浴,每日三次,每次30min,三个月为一疗程。对照组25例采用肤轻松软膏及丙酸睾丸素外涂。结果:实验组病人68例,治愈52例,治愈率76.47%;有效10例,有效率14.71%;总有效率91.18%。对照组病人25例,治愈1例,治愈率4%;有效10例,有效率40%;总有效率44%。结论:愈白汤治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样病变效果显著,且无毒副作用,可推广使用。

Objective： To investigate the new therapy for nonneoplastic epithelial disorders of skin and mncosa. Methods： 25 patients in the control group were applied to ointment with fluoeinoloni acetonidum and oinment with testosterone propionate,and 88 patients in the research group took hip bath with Chinese traditional medicine Yubai Tang to clean the genital organs, three times every day, 30 minutes every time, and three months were taken as a period of treatment. Results： In the research group, there were 52 patients who had been cured,the cured ratio was 76.47%, 10 patients had effect,the effect ratio was 14. 71% ,and so the total effect ratio was 91.18%. In the control group,there was 1 patient who had been cured （cured ratio 4%）, 10 patients had effect （effect ratio 40%）,the total effect ratio was 44%. So it is remarkably significant to compare the curative effects for the two groups（P〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine Yubai Tang has obvious therapeutic effect on nonneoplastic epithelial disorders of skin and mncosa without poisonous and ill effect, and so this kind of new therapy can be generalized.
