On Building Controlling System of Quality Consulting of Engineering Cost

有效控制工程造价咨询质量,是咨询行业管理的出发点和落脚点。多年来,从政府固定资产审计和行业管理部门组织的咨询成果质量检查情况来看,工程造价咨询质量还有待提高。针对造价咨询行业存在的质量问题,提出了建立全面的咨询质量控制体系的一些建议和对策措施。

It is essential for the consulting industry to take control of the quality consulting of engineering cost effectively. In a long term, judging from the feedback via the department about the governmental fixed assets audit and the industrial administration, quality consulting of engineering cost remains to be improved. Therefore, some suggestions and measures are given in this paper on how to build the controlling system of quality consulting to solve the quality problems existing in the consulting industry.
