摘要
通过二乙三胺五乙酸二酐(DTPAA)分别与N-正丁基、正辛基、苄基、对甲苯磺酰基、苯基和对溴苯基取代二乙醇胺共聚,制得一系列大分子配体及其钆(III)配合物.对所合成的配体和钆配合物进行了表征,并测试了部分钆配合物的核磁弛豫性能.
ix macromolecular polyester ligands were synthesized by copolymerization of diethylenetrithenepentaacetic dianhydride with N -butyl, octyl, benzyl, p -toluenesulfonyl, phenyl and p-bromophenyl diethanolamine, respectively. Their Gd(Ⅲ)complexes were also prepared' The structures of these macromolecular polyester ligandsand their Gd(Ⅲ) complexes were characterized by 'H-NMR, IR, Elemental analysis and DSC. The molecular weight of these polyseter ligands were determined by VPO method. Average degree of polymerization of these copolymers were found to be around 4. Two of these macromolecular Gd(Ⅲ) complexes were chosen for the relaxation measurement. Preliminary results showed that the relaalvity (R,) ofmacromolecular Gd(Ⅲ) COmplex 3b and 3c had an enhancement of 40% and 36% in comparison with that of Gd-DTPA.
