摘要
分析UHT灭菌牛乳微生物污染途径、引起的质量问题,并提出相应的预防措施和控制办法。
The main methods and quality problems of microbe for contaminating UHT-milk are evaluated. Means, relative control methods and preventive measures are suggested in this article.
