在自制的仪器上,用高能量密度的脉冲激光束在高真空中直接溅射聚四氟乙烯样品,产生了非常丰富的C_nF_m^-簇离子.从实验记录的飞行时间质谱可以发现,不同系列的原子簇离子的相对信号强度分布可以用相应的对数正态分布曲线来描述,从而反映它们各自不同的构型与结构稳定性.
From laser ablating teflon sample in a high vacuum,various cluster ions CnFm- CnH- and Cn-have produced on a home-made instrument. The statistical distribution model was applied to correlate the mass distribution with their structural configuration and stability. Based on the analysis,Geometry of several series of cluster ions was suggested. Anong them,CnF and CnF3- are believed to have the linear chain configuration, the fluorine atom or CF3 group locates on the end of the C- C chain. CnFn- may be the planar ring,and each carbon atom in the ring is bonded with a fluorine atom. Several 'magic number', such as C7F- and C5F4-, are distinguished in the mass spectrum.
