经前路手术治疗骶髂关节脱位疗效评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨经前方入路手术治疗骶髂关节脱位的效果。方法本组25例,通过切开复位内固定治疗。结果25例均获随访,随访时间4~36个月,平均18个月。X射线片显示骶髂关节脱位复位满意,骨性融合。优5例,良17例,可3例。无血管神经损伤等并发症发生。结论骶髂关节脱位患者采用早期经前方入路手术复位内固定治疗可获得满意的疗效。 Objective To study the effects of anterior surgical treatment in dislocation of sacroiliac joint. Methods Twenty-five patients with dislocation of sacroiliac joint were operatively treated by open reduction and internal fixation. Results After follow-up from 4 to 36 months ( 18 months on average ) , the reduction was satisfactory and sacroiliac joints fused without harming the vessels and nerves. Conclusion Reduction and in ternal fixation of anterior surgical treatment at early stage can achieve satisfactory effect in patients with dis location of sacroiliac joint
