老年骨质疏松合并胸腰椎骨折50例临床疗效观察

Therapeutic efficacy of 62 cases with senile osteoporosis and thoraciclumber fracture

目的总结50例老年骨质疏松症合并胸腰椎骨折的诊治经验。方法对50例骨质疏松症合并胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者行过伸法和平衡牵引法复位，1周后行腰背肌煅炼。结果随访6个月，全部患者8～12周后能坐起并离床活动，局部疼痛等症状缓解，生活自理，部分压缩椎体高度有不同程度改善。结论早期发现，通过适当的过伸及牵引复位治疗可使患者获得较好疗效。

Objective To summarize the diagnosis and treatment experience in 50 cases of senile osteoporosis and thoraciclumber fracture. Methods The 50 patients were treated by extension restoration and balance spine traction and began lumbar dorsal muscular exercise 1 week later. Results In the 6 months of follow - up, all the patients could sit and ambulate after 6 to 8 months. Symptoms such as local pain were relieved. Life quality and certain compressed spinal body were improved at different extent. Conclusion Good efficacy has been achieved at early stage in these patients by proper extension restoration and balance spine traction
