Perisurgery management of off-pump coronary artery bypass surgery
摘要
不停跳冠状动脉搭桥术(OPCAB)避免了心肺转流(CPB)带来的并发症,其麻醉管理有特殊要求和特殊处理。本文就OPCAB围术期的特征和优点、术前准备和术中监测、麻醉诱导、血管吻合期间的麻醉管理、拔管及术后止痛等管理进行综述。
