两种血吸虫病诊断试剂盒在云南大山区应用效果的比较

Comparison between effect of two schistosomiasis diagnostic kit application to the multi-mountain area in Yunnan Province

目的对NP30诊断试剂盒和SEA/ELISA法试剂盒在云南大山区应用的效果进行比较。方法用NP30诊断试剂盒和SEA/ELISA法分别检测取自云南大山区血吸虫病流行社区的506份血清,并对两者结果进行比较。结果NP30诊断试剂盒和SEA/ELISA法的阳性符合率分别为87.88%(144/164)、84.71%(139/164),两者无显著性差异;在粪孵阴性血清样本中,两者的检出率分别为44.15%(151/342)、70.47%(241/342),存在显著性差异。结论NP30诊断试剂盒在云南大山区血吸虫病流行社区应用效果要好于SEA/ELISA法。

Objective To compare the effect of NP30 diagnostic kit and SEA/ELISA kit applicated in schistosomiasis epidemic spot of multi-mountain area in Yunnan Province. Methods 506 sera samples from schistosomiasis epidemic spot of multi-mountain in Yunnan Province were detected by NP30 diagnostic kit. The result was compared with that tested by SEA/ELISA kit. Results There were 164 positive sera samples determined by the method of stool hatching test. Among those, 144 positive sera samples were detected by NP30 diagnostic kit, meanwhile, 139 positive sera samples by SEA/ELISA, the positive correspondence rate was 87.88% and 84. 71% respectively,there was no significant difference. On the other hand,there were 342 negative sera samples. In these, 151 positive sera smples were detected by the method of stool hat ching test. Among those, 144 positive sere sancple were letected by NP30 diagnostic kit and 241 positive sera samples by SEA/ELISA,the positive rate was 44.15% and 70. 47% ,the difference was significant. Conclusion The effect of NP30 diagnostic kit used in schistosomiasis epidemic spot in multi-mountain area of Yunnan Province is better than that of SEA/ELISA kit.
