大鼠颈部和腹腔心脏移植模型建立的体会和比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的为移植免疫、病理和器官保护等方面的实验研究提供操作简便、易于观察的大鼠心脏异位移植实验动物模型。方法以Ono和Heron等术式为基础并加以改进。结果每个部位的移植均有其优缺点,可根据实验过程的要求、实验室的装备、动物的大小和术后饲养时间、给药方式等加以选择。结论两种部位的心脏移植经过简化和改进,整个过程均可单人操作,无需显微镜,手术成功率高,经济实用。 Objective To provide a stable, convenient and easily observable model of heterotopic heart transplantation in rat, for further studies on transplantation immunology, pathology and organ protection. Methods The procedures were improved based on the models designed by Ono and Heron. Results Each model of heart transplantation has its advantage and weakness. Model should be selected according to different experimental designs and conditions. Conclusion Two kinds of improved models are easy, whole process can be completed by a single man without microscope assistance, convenient and dependable.
