摘要 用乙醇超临界流体干燥法制备了CuO/ZrO2超细粒子催化剂,考察了制备过程中水凝胶pH值对催化剂物性参数如比表面积、孔结构和晶相等的影响,并与干凝胶进行了对比.结果表明,pH值在6.5~10.0范围内对晶相影响不大,但对物性结构的影响较大,比表面积和孔体积很快增大,孔形由椭圆形转变为均一的圆柱形,最可几孔径减小,微孔增多;与干凝胶相比,气凝胶表现出高比表面积和多孔结构的特点.pH=10.0时。 Ultrafine particle CuO/ZrO 2 areogel catalysts were prepared by hydrogel ethanolgel process followed by supercritical fluid drying (SCFD) method. Crystal phase and morphology parameters, such as specific surface area and pore structure (pore volume and mean pore radius), were investigated as a function of hydrogel pH value. The results showed that when pH value changed from 6 5 to 10 0, it exerted a little influence on the crystallization of the catalysts, but it had a profound effect on the textural and structural properties of the catalysts. For comparison, xerogel catalyst was also prepared, but it had much lower specific surface area and pore volume than that of aerogel catalyst. It was also found that when pH=10 0, the morphology of the areogel catalyst was the best.
