3种植物提取物对锯谷盗的控制作用 被引量:12

THE CONTROLLING EFFECTS OF PLANT EXTRACTS ON ORYZAEPHILUS SURINAMENSIS(LINNAEUS)

摘要 研究了辣椒、柑桔皮、臭椿皮乙醚提取物在一定浓度(以丙酮为溶剂,1∶15配制成溶液,V/V)下对锯谷盗的驱避、触杀、熏蒸、种群抑制等作用.结果表明,3种植物提取物对锯谷盗成虫均具有较强的驱避效果、一定的触杀作用和很好的熏蒸作用,但对锯谷盗幼虫的驱避作用较弱.三者之间的熏蒸活性由强到弱依次为:臭椿皮提取物>辣椒提取物>柑桔皮提取物;对锯谷盗当代成虫和子代幼虫的种群抑制率达到了100%,均具有较强的杀蛹作用. The controlling effects of plant anhydrous diethyl ether extracts extracted from Capsicum frutescens L., Citrus reticulate, Alianthus altissima at a specific concentration of 1 : 15 of plant extract : acetone by volume on Oryzaephilus (L.), including repellency, contact-killing, fumigation, population inhibition, etc., were investigated. The results showed that all the three kinds of plant extracts possessed extremely strong repellent effects, a certain extent of contact-killing effects and successfully fumigation activity on 0. sur/namens/s adults. However, all the three kinds of plant extracts had somewhat weak repellent effect on O. surinamensis larvae. The fumigation activity order is A. altissima extract 〉 C. frutescens extracts 〉 C. reticulata extract. Population inhibition percentage of all of the three kinds of plant extraction on current generation and their progeny reached 100%. All of the three kinds of plant extracts had obvious pupae-killing effects.
