摘要 荠蓝是一种新型的油料作物,对荠蓝籽的物化特性,荠蓝油的组成和性质,荠蓝籽饼的氨基酸组成进行了研究.研究表明荠蓝油不饱和脂肪酸含量很高,达90%左右,其中多不饱和脂肪酸达71.1%,以亚麻酸含量最高,为34.5%.荠蓝籽饼中的蛋白质含量达46.07%,其中硫氨基酸含量较高. Camelina sativa is a new oilcrop. The properties of Camelina sativa seed, composition and characters of the oil and amino acid of Camelina sativa cake were studied. It concluded that Camelina sativa oil was rich in unsaturated fatty acid and Camelina sativa cake was rich in sulf-amino acid.
