黑根霉对甾体的C_(11)α羟基化反应 被引量:1

STUDIES ON THE REACTION OF STEROID C_(11)α-HYDROXYLATION BY RHIZOPUS NIGRICAN

摘要 从黑根霉(Rhizopus nigricans)对16α,17α-环氧黄体酮的C11α-羟基化反应发酵过程曲线开始,考察了碳源、pH对黑根霉的甾体羟基化转化过程的影响.100L发酵罐实验结果表明,采用复合碳源C(葡萄糖:糊精为1:1),转化率比对照提高2%.100L发酵罐实验结果表明,氧化期(从投料开始计)调pH至4.0~5.0,转化率提高3%. The effects of carbon source and pH on C11α-hydroxylation of 16α, 17α-poxy-4-pregnene-3,20 - dione were studied basing on the figure of steroid C11-αhydroxylation by Rhizopus nigricans. The 100 L bioreactor conversion rate was increased by 2% when using complex carbon source C(glucose:dextrin = 1:1 ). By adjusting pH to 4.0- 5.0 in oxidation phase the 100 L bioreactor conversion rate was increased by 3%.
