摘要
研究了手性α-甲基苄酰胺改性XE-60固定相,并在非晶硅膜弹性玻璃毛细管上制成手性色谱柱,该色谱柱具有柱效高、惰性好、热稳定性好等色谱性能,并对四种苄腈外消族体进行了直接拆分。
Chiral GC columns have been prepared from non-crystalline silicon film flexible glass capillaries with XE-60 stationary phase modified by chiral α-methyl benzylamide. These columns have the characteristics of high column efficiency, excellent chemical stability and thermostability. Four benzyl cyanide enantiomers are resolved by these chiral columns.
