摘要
研究了用气相色谱-质谱法测定不同基质的土壤中的含磷毒剂及其相关化合物,讨论了它们的质谱裂解特点及规律。对样品制备及化合物的萃取效率进行了研究。应用本方法测定了国际联试土壤样品及环境样品中的含磷化合物,分析结果与气相色谱-等离子体原子发射光谱法相一致。
Some organophosphorus warfare agents and related compounds were determined in soil samples by gas chromatography mass spectrometry. Their mass spectral molecular ion peaks and base peaks and other fragments are tabulated and discussed. The rnethod is applied to the determination of organophosphorus compounds in some soil samples of International Interlaboratory Comparison Test and a number of environmental samples. The analytical results by GC/MS are identical with those by gas chromatography-atomic emission spectrometry.
