摘要 随着ZF于2001年首先在后轮驱动轿车中引入6档自动变速器后,在自动变速器的燃油经济性和环保方面迈进了一大步。与5档自动变速器相比,新的6档自动变速器至少能节约5%的燃油。另外新的齿轮组件、低粘度润滑油和滑差控制锁止离合器等新技术也随之被开发。 新6档自动变速器比5档自动变速器更小,长度短10-15%。变速器的零部件数减少了30%。由于将TCU集成在机电一体化模块中,将线束减至最少。采用新的负载控制策略后减少了内部元件的尺寸。 由于具有这些优点,6档自动变速器正成为中级和豪华轿车的现代化配置。ZF正在用全新的3款变速器替代5档变速器。在2005年,ZF6档变速器的产量最佳90%以上。 With ZFs introduction of the first 6-speed automatic transmission for rear-wheel driven passenger cars in 2001, a large step was taken towards fuel efficiency improvements and environmental protection in the automatic transmission sector. When compared with former 5-speed transmissions, the new 6-speed generation makes fuel savings of at least 5% possible. In addition to the new gear set, functionalities such as low viscosity oil and the extended use of the slip-controlled lock-up clutch have been developed. The new 6-speed transmissions are 10 to 15% lighter and are smaller than comparable 5-speed transmissions. Developments have enabled the number of transmission parts to be reduced by 30%. By integrating the TCU into a Mechatronics module within the transmission, it has also been possible for the wiring harness and electrical connections to be reduced to a minimum. Based on a new load cycle strategy, the size of the internal parts could be reduced as well. With all these advantages and benefits, the 6-speed automatic transmissions are on their way to becom- ing state of the art for middle-sized up to luxury class vehicles. ZF is replacing their 5-speed transmissions with a complete, new product range which comprises 3 different transmission types. In 2005, the share of 6-speed automatic transmissions by ZF will be more than 90 %.
