摘要
本文用高效毛细管电泳在中性、碱性缓冲溶液中研究了不同价态、形态的砷,考察了pH,不同介质对形态的影响,波长对不同形态砷的响应信号影响,测定了H2AsO-4,H2AsO-3的检测下限。
The speciation and morphotype of arsenic have been investigated in different pH buffers, and detected at 197 nm by capillary electrophoresis. Arsenite dissolved in water or in 0. 5 mol/L sodium hydroxide has different migration time in the same buffer, because of dissociation. Meanwhile, the buffer pH also influences the morphotype of arsenic in 0. 5mol/L sodium hydroxide solution. The absolute detection limits for arsenite and arsenate are 2. 7×10-11g and 8. 5 ×10 11 g, respectively.
