摘要
冶金工业使用的高速线材精轧机机械传动复杂,精度高,速度快,其集中润滑系统(包括轴承、齿轮等)需要专用的油膜轴承润滑油。本文介绍了高速线材精轧机油膜轴承油的研制过程与应用,主要包括高速线材精轧机油膜轴承油基础油、添加剂配方的筛选,分别从理论上进行了论述,以正交试验方法确定最佳配方,并以充分的实验数据进行了验证,研制出高速线材精轧机油膜轴承油;其性能达到了美钢联136规格要求。
In metallurgical industry, centralized lubricant system of high speed wire and rod mill need specialized oil-film bearing lubricant because of its the complex, high-precision and high-speed transmission parts. The manufacturing process including the base oil and additive formula of oil-film bearing lubricant was introduced for high-speed wire and rod mill in this paper. The formula of oil-film bearing lubricant was optimized by Quad Orthogonal Test theory and also testified by large experimental data. The characteristics have achieved criterion 136 of the united steel of America.
