摘要
本文采用柱前衍生形成[HgEDTA(SCN)3-的方法,实现了对SCN-的反相离子对色谱分离和紫外检测。在ZorbaxODS柱上,用甲醇和水作流动相(甲醇:水为20:80),内含对离子试剂TBA+4.0×10-3mol/L,EDTA8.0×10-3mol/L,NaNO35.0×10-3mol/L和缓冲溶液KH2PO4-Na2HPO4(PH5.9),检测波长240nm。得到线性关系良好的工作曲线,最小检出限为33.3ng。方法简便,选择性好。
This paper describes a reversed-phase ion-pair chromatographic separation and UV detection of SCN with pre-colurnn derivatization to form [HgEDTA (SCN )]3- complex.The chromatographic processes were performed on a Zorbax oDS column with a mobile phase of methanol-water(20: 80) containing 4. 0 mmol/L TBA+, 8. 0mmol/L EDTA, 5. 0mmol/L NaNO3 and KH2PO4-Na2HPO4 buffcr solution (pH 5. 9), and the eluent was monitored by a UV detector operating at 240nm. The calibration curve is rectilinear and the detection limit is 33. 3 ng. The method is convenient and selective.
