摘要 规格为M10×1.25mm×(45-8.8)mm高强度螺栓装配时发生断裂。采用宏观形貌观察、化学成分分析、显微组织检验和力学性能测试等手段,对螺栓断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,由于热处理工艺控制不当,出现非正常组织,导致产品硬度与强度下降。 The bolt of M10×1.25mm (45-8. 8)mm are fractured when they were assembled. The analysis of these bolts were made by means of macro-morphology inspection, chemical composition analysis, micro-structure examination, mechanical property testing It is shown that the microstructure of the bolts were abnormal resulted from improper heat treament which led to the descent of hardness and strength of these bolts.
