摘要 基于Mn(Ⅶ)-Cl^--Fe(Ⅱ)-SCN^-反应体系,提出了利用诱导反应的动力学光度法测定微量锰的方法。该体系在468nm波长处有最大吸收,线性范围为0~20μg/25mL,表观摩尔吸光系数为4.91×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1,检出限为1.39×10^-5g·L^-1,用于人发、牙膏和水等样品中锰的测定,结果的RSD均小于3.5%,回收率在98.7%至102.0%之间。 Based on the induced redox reaction system of Mn ( Ⅶ )-Cl^--Fe ( Ⅱ )-SCN^-, a sensitive kinetic spectrophotometric method for determination of microamounts of manganese( Ⅱ ) was proposed. The absorption maxima of this reaction system was found at the wavelength of 468 nm, and Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0 to 20 μg of Mn(Ⅶ) per 25 mL of solution, with a detection limit of 1.39×10^-5g · L^-1. In the application to analysis of human hair, tooth paste, and water samples, values of RSD (n=6) obtained were less than 3.5%, and recoveries were in the range of 98.7% to 102.0%.
