摘要
研制了一种用于不锈钢表面氧化皮常温快速清洗的新型除锈液,使用该清洗液清洗工艺流程简单、效果显著、污染少,适用于快速作业。配方由磷酸、氧化剂、氢氟酸、柠檬酸、硝酸、乙醇等组成。
A new cleaning agent for quick pickling of oxide layer on stainless steel at room temperature was developed. The efficiency of rust removal and oxide layer pickling was distinct. With less processes, less pollution, the cleaning agent is good for fast operation.
