摘要
广利联合站是胜利油田比较典型的强腐蚀区块之一,站内集输系统油水管线腐蚀严重。为探索广利联合站水介质因素对材料的腐蚀规律,揭示腐蚀因素影响机制,直接为油田防腐蚀决策提供科学依据,通过静态、动态等实验手段,对广利联合站采出水的腐蚀因素:矿化度、pH值、Cl-浓度、流速和温度等分别进行实验室仿真模拟加速实验研究。实验结果发现,矿化度、Cl-浓度、温度和流速对腐蚀的影响较大。
Guangli Gathering Station is a typical intensive corrosion area in Shengli Oilfield. Gathering system piplines for oil and water transportation have been seriously corroded. Effects of some key factors such as mineralization degree, pH, Cl^-, velocity and temperature on corrosion have been studied in laboratory stimulation accelerated experiments. The results are useful for corrosion protection decision-making in Shengli Oilfield.
