摘要
制作了PGPR菌肥,并利用田间裂区试验研究了其对燕麦,垂穗披碱草和青稞3种禾本科牧草苗期株高的影响。结果表明,3种牧草经PGPR菌肥处理后苗期株高均显著高于对照(P<0.05)。半量化肥各处理下3种牧草的株高均高于全量菌肥处理,但低于全量化肥处理,说明PGPR菌肥可部分替代化肥,对于燕麦和垂穗披碱草,可替代一半的化肥,液态菌肥的促生效果不如固态菌肥。因此,PGPR菌肥可根据实际情况与化肥适量配合施用,且固体PGPR菌肥为首选剂型。
The PGPR bacterial fertilizer was made in laboratory and its effect on the height of 3 gramineous forage crops in seedling stage in alpine region was carried out with field experiment and the result indicated that the plant heights of three gramineous forage crops treated by PGPR bacterial fertilizer were significantly higher than control(P〈0.05). The difference of plant height of 3 forage crops between treatment HH(half amount of chemical fertilizer + half amount of PGPR fertilizer) and C(chemical fertilizer only) were was not significant, this suggests that the PGPR bacterial fertilizer could partly replace chemical fertilizer. For Arena sativa and Elyrnus nutans, the half amount of chemical fertilizer could be repaced by the PGPR bacterial fertilizer. The effect of PGPR bacterial fertilizer applied as solid form was better than that as liquid form.
