摘要
目的:观察肾康丸对糖尿病(DM)大鼠模型的肾功能及基质分泌的影响。方法:用链脲佐菌素(STZ)腹腔注射法诱导建立大鼠DM模型,模型成功后随机分为3组:模型对照组、开搏通组、肾康丸组,另设正常对照组。治疗8周,观察治疗期间及治疗后大鼠一般状况、血糖、尿糖、24 h尿蛋白、24 h尿白蛋白、肌酐、尿素氮、肾重、相对肾重,并用RT-PCR法测定肾脏纤连蛋白(FN)mRNA的表达情况。结果:造模3组均出现DM及肾脏损害,同时肾脏FN mRNA的表达也明显增加。肾康丸可以改善大鼠基本状况、肾功能、降低血糖、尿总蛋白及白蛋白排泄,降低肾脏组织FN mRNA的表达。结论:肾康丸具有保护DM大鼠肾脏的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Shenkang pill on renal function and extracellular matrix secretion on the diabetic rats. Method: The diabetic rat models were induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin(STZ)and randomly divided into 3 groups' model control group; Capoten group and Shenkangwan group. Some normal other rats were used as normal control group. All rats were treated with corresponding drugs for 8 weeks. During and after the treatment, the general state, blood and urine glucose levels, excretion rate of the 24 hour urine protein and albumin,serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen contents, kidney weight and relative kidney weight were measured. The mBNA of fibronectin(FN) in the kidney also detected by semi-quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR). Result: Diabetes mellitus and renal lesions occurred in the three model groups. The expression of FN mBNA of the kidney in diabetic rats increased obviously. Shenkang pill could improve the general state and renal function of the diabetic rats, decrease the blood glucose levels and the excretion rate of the 24 hour urine protein and albumin, reduce the expression of FN mBNA in kidney. Conclusion: Shenkang pill has a certain protective effect on the diabetic kidney.
