摘要
研究了用大孔吸附树脂制备桑叶多糖的工艺。实验结果表明:D101树脂吸附和分离桑叶多糖的交换容量为46.5mg/mL湿树脂。在50℃、pH5时,吸附能力强。被吸附的桑叶多糖用0.1mol/L的NaOH溶液洗脱,洗脱液温度为室温,洗脱流速为0.6Bv/h。D101树脂非常稳定,可重复使用至少9次,吸附能力基本不变。多糖得率为0.87%。
The technique was studied for extracting polysaccharide in morus alba leaves by resin. The results show that the adsorption capacity of D101 resin for polysaccharide in morus alba leaves was 46.5mg/mL wet resin. The optimum adsorption were obtained at 50℃ and pH5. The polysaccharide in morus alba leaves had been adsorbed by D101 resin was eluted in at room temperature with 0.1mol/L NaOH and the flow rate was 0.6Bv/h. The D101 resin was very stable. After nine times of elution, the absorption maintained constant. The yield of polysaccharide is 0.87%.
