摘要
试验研究了百草枯与肾上腺皮质激素对大鼠胎儿动脉管收缩的影响。结果表明:百草枯对大鼠胎儿动脉管具有明显的收缩作用,试验组与对照组比较差异显著(P〈0.05);肾上腺皮质激素对大鼠胎儿动脉管具有明显的收缩作用,试验组与对照组比较差异显著(P〈0.05);百草枯和肾上腺皮质激素引起收缩的临界期均为胎龄19—20d;百草枯促进妊娠末期母鼠分泌大量肾上腺皮质激素。这说明百草枯和肾上腺皮质激素可影响大鼠胎儿动脉管的收缩。
The toxic effects of paraquat and adrenocortical hormone on ductus arteriosus of rat fetus were studied. The results showed that paraquat had effects on the internal diameter of ductus arteriosus of fetuses compared with control group( P 〈 0.05); adrenocortical hormone had effects on the internal diameter of ductus arteriosus of fetuses compared with control group( P 〈 0.05) ; the critical contraction time of fetus ductus arteriosus was between day 19 and day 20. Paraquat could increase Wistar rats dams to secret adrenocortical hormone at the end of gestation. The research indicated that paraquat and adrenocortical hormone could affect ductus arteriosus of rat fetus.
