摘要 在曲面均匀三角化的基础上对曲面品质分析算法进行了改进。对裁剪曲面的均匀三角化算法进行了改进,利用格子生长法实现了裁剪曲面三角化,提高了曲面三角化的效率。在此基础上改进了曲面光顺性分析中反射线和高亮线场量值计算和曲面分析中等值线的构造方法,使得场量值的几何意义更加直观,对于多条平行直线光源的场量值计算更加高效。在反求工程软件RE-SOFT中的使用表明,该算法快速、稳定,绘制的等值线可以反映曲面的品质。 An algorithm of surface analysis was improved based on uniform triangulation of NURBS surface. The uniform triangulation algorithm of trimmed surface was realized using grid growing method. The field value computation of reflection line and highlight line and the construction of isoline were improved, which made the geometric meaning of field value more intuitionistic, and the computation of field value for multiple parallel line light source more convenient. Application in reverse engineering software shows that the algorithm is rapid and stable, and isoline can reflect the quality of surface.
