摘要
在已有液压回路的基础上,提出了一种新的、用于实现动力滑台运动的二工进调速阀的二工进速度换接回路,给出了其组成图和工作原理。采用FX2N-32MR型PLC设计了其控制系统,得出了新回路及其控制系统的特点。同时,以YT4543型典型液压系统为例,介绍了新回路的应用。
On the basis of existing hydraulic circuit, a new valve named Speed Contorl Valve of Two Work Speeds was proposed, which could change two working speeds in the hydraulic circuit to realize the movement of power sliding feed table. The working principles and configuration of the valve were described and its control system by PLC（FX2n-32MR） was designed. The characteristics of the new hydraulic circuit and control system were obtained. The application of the new circuit in typical hydraulic system of Model YT4543 shows the feasibility of the valve.
