摘要
大港石化公司以提高装置总液体收率、降低生焦率为目的,采用美国UOP公司催化裂化反应技术对120×104t/a重油催化装置进行了改造,主要包括VSS密闭旋分系统(提升管出口旋转式快分)、优混喷嘴、高效汽提挡板等多项技术。UOP催化裂化反应技术的应用,对降低生焦与干气起到了明显作用,但由于改造后原料变重、原料预热温度及再生温度的升高、处理量的大幅度增加,致使操作条件相对苛刻,产品分布相对较差。同时,对改造前后反应系统结焦的状况发生了新的变化,需要认真进行研究。
This article carries on the technique of the VSS briefly, and analyzes the status of the application of the 1600 kt/year FCC unit. First, the analysis points out the more reason of the losing catalyst when beginning working is the changing speed of the seal boot of the cyclone separation, and summarizes an operation method of “three low and one slow”. Second, analyze and point out the reason of the bad operation condition and the bad product distributing after alteration is the product becoming weight and the preheated-temperature and the regeneration-temperature is higher, and the throughput become higher and higher. Last, analyze the status of the agglomerating of the system in front and after the alteration, the result indicate that the application of the VSS is useful for reducing agglomerating and dry gas, but the status of excellent mix muzzle agglomerating needs to be studied and to be improved.
