聚合物凝胶与微生物调驱联作技术应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用不同微生物,研究了调驱剂中主要添加剂、聚合物浓度、调驱剂溶液、调驱剂的成胶体及破胶液对微生物性能的影响。并就营养液、微生物对调驱剂性能的影响进行了研究。试验结果表明,聚合物凝胶体系与微生物具有良好的配伍性,具备技术联作的可操作性。并进行了大直径长管填砂岩心驱替试验,结果表明,调驱联作技术能够明显地提高岩心采收率。在相同的试验条件下,调驱联作技术能够比弱凝胶调驱提高岩心采收率7.7个百分点,比微生物驱油提高近6.2个百分点。该项技术不仅能够有效提高油藏采收率,而且也将会成为二次采油向三次采油过渡的技术先导,有广阔的发展前景和应用价值,也为发展三次采油技术奠定了良好基础。 The influences of additive, polymer concentration, profile control and flooding agent(PFA), gel and gel breaking liquid on the characteristics of the microbial were evaluated. And the influences of nutrients and microbial on the characteristics of the PFA were studied. The results show the polymer gel has good cooperation with microorganism germ. Core test was studied to prove the technical possibility of the polymer gel cooperated with microbial enhanced oil recovery. Flooding experiments showed that oil recovery had a remarkable increase by cooperate. In the same test conditions, the oil recovery increased 7.7 and 6.2 percent of original oil in-place(OOIP)more than that of polymer gel flooding and microbial flooding, respectively.
