摘要
以发生于我国重要储粮害虫谷蠹 Rhizopertha dominica Fabricius 为研究对象,在不同低温强度(11℃、6℃)下饲养20天,利用半导体点温度计测定其过冷却点和结冰点,同时测定其死亡率。结果表明:低温锻炼可以明显地降低过冷却点和结冰点;在饲养时间不变的情况下,过冷却点和结冰点与饲养的低温强度呈正比,死亡率与饲养的低温强度呈反比。同时讨论了谷蠹的地理分布与抗寒性的关系。
Two constant temperature were used to investigate the role of low temperatures in triggering freezing tolerance of Rhizopertha dominica Fabr.. The mortality rate under treated low temperature, supercooling mints and freezing points were determined. The cumulative mortality rates of R. dominica Fabr. were 20% at 11℃, 70% at 6℃ during 20d. The supercooling points of R.dominica Fabr. were, - 15.5℃±1.3℃ at 11℃, - 16.7℃ ± 1℃ at 6℃, The results were as follows: the relationship between supercooling point or freezing point and low temperature intensity was direct ratio, however, the relationship between mortality rate and low temperature intensity was inverse ratio.
