摘要
根据对PV型旋风分离器气固流动特性的深入研究,分析了几处影响细粉分离的薄弱环节,并针对性地提出了进气口倾斜、排气管切口及排尘口加防返混锥等结构改进措施。在φ300 mm实验室模型试验台上,通过大量对比试验,开发出了一种比现有PV型性能更优良的新一代高效旋风分离器-PX型旋风分离器。实验室对比试验结果表明,相同条件下,PX型比PV型效率提高0.2-1.1个百分点,压力降降低10%-15%。
Through extensive research on the gas-solid flow behavior in PV Type cyclone separator, the inefficiency in fines separation is analyzed, and improvement measures are proposed such as increasing gas inlet slope and installing anti-back-mixing cones at both gas outlet and dust outlet. By the contrast tests on a 300 mm laboratory test bench, a new generation of high-efficiency cyclone separator-PX Type cyclone with better performances has been successfully developed. The contract tests in the laboratory show that the separation efficiency of PX Type cyclone is 0.2~1.1% higher that of PV Type and the pressure drop is 10 ~ 15% lower.
