催化裂化抗碱氮剂的研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对催化裂化原料中碱氮含量高的问题,采用反应法脱除碱氮,即在进料中加入抗碱氮剂,该剂与进料中的碱氮反应生成中性盐,使催化剂免受毒害。该方法脱碱氮率达90%以上。在实验室对5种抗碱氮剂进行了评选,其中A剂脱碱氮率达90%以上,并利用正交试验法对脱碱氮反应条件进行了优化。在小型固定流化床催化裂化装置上对A剂进行了应用试验,结果表明:加入A剂后的CGO或混合原料催化裂化后产品分布明显改善,轻质油收率和总转化率提高。该添加剂不含金属和有害非金属元素,对催化裂化过程和产品无负面影响。 As FCCU feed contains higher alkali nitrogen, the reaction denitrogenation process is applied, i.e. adding anti-alkali-nitrogen agent into the feed, which reacts with the feed to form neutral salt so as to prevent the catalyst from being poisoned. The application of this agent can remove over 90% of alkali nitrogen. Among 5 anti-alkali-nitrogen agents used in the laboratory evaluation tests, the denitrogenation rate of Agent A exceeds 90%. In addition, the denitrogenation reaction conditions are optimized by orthogonal tests. The commercial trial of the Agent A on small fixed-bed FCC unit demonstrate that the addition of this agent has significandy improved the product slates of CGO feed or mixed feed and increased light product yield and total conversion. Furthermore, since the agent contains no metals or detrimental non-metal elements, it imposes no negative impact on FCC process and products.
