摘要 研究了Fenton反应产生的羟基自由基对Ⅰ型胶原蛋白的降解作用。单独的过氧化氢(H2O2),Fe2+以及超氧阴离子自由基(O2-·)均对胶原蛋白无降解作用。但是,在经过氧化氢和Fe2+构成的Fenton反应产生羟基自由基后,胶原蛋白发生了降解。胶原蛋白的降解作用随着羟基自由基的增加(H2O2+Fe2+浓度增加)而加强。但羟基自由基的生成是瞬间完成的,其对胶原蛋白的降解作用随着H2O2和Fe2+反应时间的延长而降低。 The degradation effect of hydroxyl radical produced by Fenton reaction was studied using type Ⅰ collagen. There was no degradation happened in collagen using H2O2, Fe^2+ , O2^- respectively. But, collagen was degraded by hydroxyl radical using Fenton reaction consisted of H2O2 and Fe^2+. The degradation effect was enhanced by increasing concentration of hydroxyl radical ( concentration of H2O2 + Fe^2+ ). But hydroxyl radical was produced in a very short time, the degradation effect decreased while the time of reaction prolonged.
