摘要
研究了聚乙二醇(PEG)溶液共混改性聚羟基丁酸酯(PHB)。DSC、WAXD及力学性能实验表明,PHB/PEG 共混物经溶液成膜后,PHB相和PEG相的非晶相部分是热力学相容的,少量PEG的加入,能提高PHB相的结晶度,降低PHB相的熔融温度,减小球晶尺寸,PHB的脆性和加工温度有一定的改善。
The blends of poly(β-hydroxybutyrate)(PHB) modified by polyethylene glycol, obtained by solution blend with chloroform as solvent, have been investigated using differential scanning calorimetry, wide angle X-ray diffusion and tensile experiments. It is found that the amorphous phase of PHB and PEG in the blend is thermodynamic miscible. With the addition of a small quantity of PEG, the crystallinity of PHB increases while the size of PHB spherulite and the melting point of PHB decreases ; this results in a processability window shifted towards lower temperatures and the brittle property improved in some content.
