食品物性检测与分析系统的研究

Study on Food Texture Detection and Analysis System

针对进口食品物性分析仪软硬件系统存在的不足,采用虚拟仪器开发平台Labwindows／CVI及多线程技术开发该设备的串口信号采集与处理系统。介绍了其软硬件结构、系统功能以及实现方法。该系统不仅提高了系统的检测精度以及抗干扰能力,同时具有实时数据分析与处理的功能。

Aimed at upgrading the performance of imported food texture measurement system, the serial port signal acquisition and processing system was developed by means of the developing platform of virtual instrument LabWindows / CVI and multithreading technology. The structure, functions and implement methods of the system were introduced for the improvement. The new software enhanced accuracy of measurement, the ability of anti-interference, and it has the function of realtime data analyzing and processing.
