响应面分析在提取柞蚕中β-蜕皮激素的应用

Application of Response Surface Methodology in the Extraction of β-ecdysone from Tussore

通过单因素试验,应用响应面分析法研究了温度、乙醇体积分数、料液比和时间对柞蚕中β-蜕皮激素提取的影响,探讨以乙醇为溶剂提取柞蚕(幼虫)中的β-蜕皮激素的最佳提取工艺条件。结果表明:最佳工艺条件为乙醇溶液40％、料液比1:20、温度80℃,提取2．5 h。按此工艺提取β-蜕皮激素,柞蚕中β-蜕皮激素的含量为 0．084 2％。

The optimum extracting condition of β-ecdysone from tussore were investigated by using the response surface methodology. The results showed that 80 ℃, 1： 20 of 40% ethanol to material weight ratio, extraction for 2.5 h for each time were optimal. The content of β-ecdysone from tussore was 0. 0842%.
