摘要
电力负荷的迅猛增长,对配电网的供电能力提出更高的要求。配电网供电能力的评估,主要依据配电网络基础数据和配电网运行数据,计算一些技术统计指标。这些指标可以分别从某些方面反映配电网的供电能力。文中以配电网最大负荷供应能力(DistributeLoadSupplyCapability,DLSC)为指标,研究配电网的供电能力;建立用线性规划方法求解的基于直流潮流的最大负荷供应能力计算模型。模型的原理是在不考虑配电网外来电源约束的条件下,各配电线路不过载时,计算配电网所能承受的最大负荷。配电网最大负荷供应能力指标,丰富了配电网供电能力研究的内容,可以有效指导配电网的设计规划、制定运行计划。文末的实例证明了研究的有效性。
The demand of the power is increasing rapidly, giving more requirement of the supply electric capability. The statistical indices are evaluated on the base of net-base data and operation data, which can give some information of the distribute network's supply electric capability. Using the DLSC index, the supply electric capability is studied, the evaluation model is established. The model is based on DC load flow and evaluated by LP(Linear Programming, LP) method. The model's principle is to evaluate the capability, not considering the restriction of the electrical source, every distribution line is under security. The index enrich the information of the study on the distribution supply electric capability, instructive and operable in design-programming and making of operation plan. An instance is also given to testify the validity in this paper.
