摘要
介绍了电能质量评价标准和IEEEP1564导则推荐的节点电能质量评价步骤。以110kV变电站录波仪上的短时电压变动录波数据作为电能质量监测的基础数据,经由均方根值计算,获取反映节点电能质量状况的主要指标(幅值和事件持续时间),采用上述电压事件对节点供电区域内用户设备的影响程度作为该节点的评价依据,旨在说明节点评价中的电压暂降、电压暂升以及电压中断的具体数据处理方法。根据P1564导则提出部分改进,主要体现在多相电压变动特征量计算和基于时间的电能质量事件聚合方法,并以此为基础建立短时间电压变动评价指标体系。实验数据采用SARFIITIC分析,证明了该方法有效、简单,实际电压波形数据的评价结果体现节点电能质量状况,在实际工程中,更具参考价值和操作性。
This paper aids to introduce and amend the method of voltage variation analysis for site PQ assessment based on the calculation of magnitude and duration from waveforms stored in wave-recorder installed in 110kV transformer substation. For the index, each observed voltage variation is assessed in terms of its potential to impact the customers served from the site. An improved procedure is adopted that is similar to the methods being proposed in the IEEE guide 1564 especially the method for the choice of character in the case of multiphase voltage variation and the temporal aggregation. The analysis based on SARFI-ITIC proves that the method is simple and effective for the site PQ assessment and the result of PQ assessment is more useful and operable for engineers.
