摘要
以河北省某县供电局GIS系统为背景,以在互联网上远程调用地理信息为目的,提出了基于可缩放矢量图形(SVG)技术的电力系统WebGIS方案。该方案采用SVG技术来表示电子地图数据,并在客户端的浏览器上安装支持SVG格式的浏览器插件,通过这样的插件,使得服务器端的矢量图形数据无需转换,就能直接通过Web浏览器实现图形浏览、查询等操作功能,大大减少了网络的数据传输量,较好地解决了网络上图形数据信息的传输“瓶颈”。系统将SVG格式的空间数据和属性数据分别存储于WebGIS服务器和Oracle9i数据库中,使用JSP和JavaScript技术对空间数据和属性数据进行操作,并将查询结果传送到客户端浏览器显示。该系统对电力系统空间数据在格式上进行了统一,能在Web浏览器上实现对存储于数据库的属性数据进行查询和显示,可以满足电力系统WebGIS实际应用的需要。
Taking the Hebei Zhaoxian Electric Power Industry Bureau GIS system as the background, this paper presents electrical power system WebGIS solution based on SVG technique. This solution adopts SVG technology to show the electronic map data, and installs on the client browser to support the SVG form the browser plug-in unit. Through such plug-in unit, the server's the vector graph data need not to transform, but could achieve through Web browser realization operation function of graph browsing, inquiry, greatly reduces network data transmission quantity direct- ly. This solution solves well the network the graph data message transmission's bottleneck. This system stores the space data of SVG form and the attribute data in WebGIS server and Oraclegi database respectively, and operates the space data and the attribute data through JSP and JavaScript technology, and conveys the result to client. This system unifies the form of electrical power system space data, and realizes the demonstration and inquiry of attribute data on the Web browser, in a word, it may meet electrical power system WebGIS practical application's need.
