发电企业内部风险分析的模糊综合评价模型 被引量:10

摘要 发电企业的内部风险作为一个含有若干个风险因素的集合,由于研究环境、研究时期、研究对象的改变等因素而具有不确定性。但从总体来看,按照过程可以分为规划过程风险集合、建设过程风险集合和运行过程风险集合。每个过程风险集合又包括若干不同的风险因素,由此可以构造发电企业内部风险集合的三级结构。采用模糊综合评价法将发电企业的风险水平划分为5个等级:风险水平极低、风险水平低、风险水平中、风险水平高、风险水平极高,通过模拟数据对发电企业的内部风险进行综合评价,可以得到该企业内部风险的控制水平。可以采用这种方法对发电企业的内部风险进行综合评价,从而通过评价结果对企业内部的风险控制和管理进行调整。 As a aggregate of the generation company's inner risk, it can be divided into 3 parts: programming risk aggregate, building risk aggregate and running risk aggregate. Every aggregate involves some different risk factors, it can structure a 3-level risk structure of the generation company's inner risk. The paper introduces the fuzzy comprehension decision model, and uses the simulative data to evaluate a generation company's inner risk, to get the company's control level of the inner risk. this method can be used to evaluate the generation company's inner risk, and through the evaluation results to the company's risk management is adjusted.
