Analysis of flood control and disaster alleviation working mechanism in Fujian Province

福建省坚持“三依靠三统一”的工作新机制,充分运用先进科学技术设备和手段,有效抵御了闽江流域“05·6”特大洪水的袭击。2006年新的防汛抗洪严峻考验即将来临,福建省明确防汛工作思路,以建立科学防洪机制实现防洪减灾任务目标。

A new working mechanism of ＂three assurances and three unifications＂ is insisted in Fujian Province, and the extraordinary flood disaster in May 6, 2005 in the Min River Basin was effectively prevented through the application of advanced science and technologies, equipment and means. Now new flood control upcoming, Fujian water department have clarified the thought on flood control work, so as to establish a scientific flood control mechanism for realizing the objectives of flood control and disaster alleviation.
