摘要
介绍了城市轨道客车车体结构的振动试验方法。针对一台铝合金车体的轻轨样车,进行了试验模态分析,通过试验说明了该样车具有良好的动态特性。还分析了支持刚度的变化对测试结果的影响,提出了提高一阶弯曲固有频率的几种方案。
This paper discusses vibration test method for urban rail passenger car body structure.Taking a prototype light rail car with aluminum alloy car-body for example,the test model analysis is carried out.The test results show that the prototype car has good dynamic characteristics.In addition,the influence of varied support stiffness on test results is analyzed,and several schemes for first order bending natural frequency were put forward.
