摘要
在分析一段时间内DF11和DF8B型机车柴油机组合活塞裙部裂纹原因的基础上,对280活塞结构做了分步改进设计,并进行了光弹性试验和有限元分析验证。60万km运用证明,280活塞结构改进是成功的。提出了进一步提高280活塞性能的建议。
On the basis of analyzing the reasons of DF_11 and DF_8B locomotive diesel engine combined piston skirt crack in a period of time,the structural design of 280 diesel engine piston has been improved in steps,and the photo elasticity test and finite element analysis has been performed.600000 running kilometers by locomotive has confirmed that the structural improvement of 280 diesel engine piston is successful.The suggestions on further performance improvement of 280 engine piston are given.
