下呼吸道感染患者主要致病菌及细菌耐药性分析 被引量:18

摘要 目的分析呼吸道感染患者主要致病菌及其耐药性。方法对257例下呼吸道感染患者下呼吸道分泌物作细菌培养、药敏分析。结果分离下呼吸道细菌257株,以革兰阴性(G-)杆菌为主,占65.0%,其次是革兰阳性(G+)菌。G-杆菌以铜绿假单胞菌,大肠埃希菌、阴沟肠杆菌、肺炎克雷伯菌为主,G-杆菌主要是凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌,这些细菌具有多重耐药性和较高的耐药率。结论尽早明确下呼吸道感染致病菌性质,有利于提高患者最初抗生素应用的正确率,从而降低下呼吸道感染患者的死亡率,提高治愈率。 Objective to research of pathogens at lower respiratory tract of patients and antibiotic resistance Rate. Methods The 257 samples were collected and drub sensitive test and quantitative analysis were done, and the data were analyzed statistically. Results The 257 lines of pathonens were separated. The chief pathonens were G bacilli, accounted for 65.0% with Pseud nosa, Escherichla fergusonii,Enterobacter cloacae, and Klebsiella pneumoniae as the major contributore. The second pathonens were G + bacilli with PSCNS. These pathoncns possess multi - drug resistance and higher antibiotic resistance rate. Conclusion It is necessary to monitor the species of thesepathonens in order to nuide the correct use of antibiotics, and reduce the mortality rate and to raise the cure rate.
