低密度脂蛋白胆固醇与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的比值与脑梗死的关系探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨各项血脂指标水平与非心源性缺血性脑卒中的关系,及其在预测脑梗死发生方面的价值。方法对我院2003年至2005年6月392例住院病人的临床资料,用四格表法χ2检验、优势比检验进行分析。结果低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)高/密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)>2.5、LDL-C>2.6 mmol/L与非心源性缺血性脑卒中有非常显著的相关性(P<0.01);总胆固醇(TC)>5.2 mmol/L、甘油三酯(TG)>1.7 mmol/L与非心源性缺血性脑卒中无显著相关性。结论用LDL-C/HDL-C>2.5,LDL-C>2.6 mmol/L这两个指标来预测患者(尤其是高血压患者)发生非心源性缺血性脑卒中的危险性是合理的。
